How Do Referral Partnerships Work?

A referral partnership is a no-cost way to offer homesharing as a resource to your network, clients or community. HomeShare Online referral partners include real estate professionals, school districts, senior advisers, financial advisors and many others.These partners want a simple, no-cost way to share the power of homesharing with their communities and networks.

 

What’s included in a referral partnership

All HomeShare Online referral partners receive:

  • A unique link for sharing HomeShare Online and measuring signups
  • Access to the Friends of the Nest communication toolkit (What's this?)  
  • A quarterly report dashboard of activity and conversions

How referral partnerships work

Interested in a referral partnership? Here's an overview of the process:

  1. Visit the Partner with Us page and select Become a referral partner to open the program partner intake form. Or click here to access the form directly.
  2. Fill out the form (it only takes a couple of minutes!). 
  3. When we receive your completed form, we will begin generating your program materials (listed above).
  4. Within one week, we'll send you an email with your materials.
  5. Once you receive your materials, you can begin sharing your link (and the power of homesharing) with the world.
  6. On a quarterly basis, you will receive a performance report that shows how many people visit your link, sign up for HomeShare Online, redeem sponsored subscriptions (if applicable) and more.
